Hello, Richland School District Two Board Members, Central Office Staff, Administrators, Teachers, Support Staff, Students, Parents, and Community Stakeholders!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to interview for the position of Superintendent of Richland School District Two. With immense gratitude, I thank you for considering me as a Finalist for this esteemed position. My background and experience make me the ideal candidate to lead the District toward continued excellence.

I hold a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a master's degree in Administration, and a bachelor's in Biology. My educational foundation, extensive leadership training, and certifications have equipped me with the necessary skills and abilities to make a significant impact. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to student achievement and have consistently approached problem-solving strategically, resulting in positive outcomes.

As the Assistant Superintendent for Career and Innovative Programs at Pasco County Schools, I have collaborated closely with executive leadership, developed strategic plans, and implemented actions that have elevated student performance.

I have overseen K-12 STEM/STEAM Schools, Technical Colleges, and Career & Technical Education (CTE), positively impacting over 30,000 students. Under my guidance, the District's CTE programs experienced a 54% increase in the Industry Certifications Percent Pass Rate within three years, providing more than $1.2MM in additional funding and opportunities for over 20,000 students.

Moreover, my workforce development and training program expertise has allowed me to introduce innovative technologies such as remote robotic instruction, expand remote learning environments during the pandemic, and foster partnerships with local colleges, universities, and businesses to create post-secondary workforce opportunities.

Finally, I am dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, as demonstrated through my implementation of equity training, establishment a Community Equity Advisory Council, and execution of a District Access and Opportunity Statement.

Having served as both a principal and assistant principal, I possess a deep understanding of the operational aspects of schools and have consistently achieved remarkable results. For example, during my tenure as the Principal of Middleton High School, I significantly increased the school's graduation rate and subgroup graduation rates, earned STEM Accreditation and Magnet School of Excellence awards, and led the District in industry certifications earned.

Beyond the educational sphere, I have served as an executive director, professional development supervisor, and adjunct faculty member, allowing me to train, coach, and mentor individuals and teams in leadership development and personal growth. Additionally, my military leadership experience and executive military training have honed my abilities to plan, implement, and manage large-scale operations.

I possess the passion, skills, and abilities that perfectly align with the requirements of the Superintendent position in Richland School District Two. In addition, my collaborative approach, commitment to student achievement, emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and proven track record of success make me the ideal candidate to lead the District to continued excellence.

My ability to balance high expectations with empathy and my commitment to well-rounded student development make me an exceptional candidate. I will bring unwavering integrity, innovative thinking, and a student-centered approach to the District.

Thank you again for the opportunity to interview for this position. I am excited about the possibility of contributing to the success of Richland School District Two, and I look forward to our future together.
